A meat buying program where members select their preferences once a month or quarter
CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a method of buying locally produced food in a way that is mutually beneficial for both the farmer and the consumer. Our custom Meat CSA is a membership program where you receive a discount for your on going commitment. When we can depend on your loyalty we are the most efficient operation possible. Lowering our expenses and passing those savings on to you.
How it works
Prior to each pick up, we email a list of available meats. You reply with your preferences, then we fill shares based on your selections and household size. It's our priority to give you what you want! More info on this simple system will be provided upon signup.
Where to pick up
Each pick up location offers a lot of flexibility. Local pick ups are during a selected 2-3 day window one week a month at your connivence. Or ask to be added to our quarterly schedule using the same pick up system.

What you get
Chicken and Pork along with some Beef cuts. For a full variety of beef, add a Beef Box Bundle. It’s also possible to opt out of beef selections all together. To have a Chicken only experience sign up for the Poulet Share. If you communicate, we will accommodate. Let us know your needs! Below are examples, but remember it’s up to you!

LOCAVORE : Whole Chicken, Loin Chops, Sausage Links, Ground Pork, Beef Short Ribs & Bacon

CSA members automatically receive 10-20% off market value depending on your adventure. Cycle lengths, share sizes & the payment options all offer economic cuts which can be selected to best suit your needs.

Join by the first of any month to begin right away!
Payment
MONTHLY: We offer two ways to pay. On a monthly basis, automatically deducted through an online subscription.
PAY IN-FULL: For the deepest discount, pay in-full at the beginning of your CSA cycle to help us avoid transition fees.
Whatever payment option you choose, you are committing to the full length of the CSA cycle of your choice which is either 6 or 12 months. This allows for us to properly plan.
Reduced Rate CSA
Thanks to our network of donors, we have 50% off shares available for purchase on the honor system to qualifying households. Please read our guidelines on the Community Aid page when considering this option.
